Janae Bond
ARB National Lifetime Queen

Janae Bond is one of the ARB National Lifetime Queens as well as the ARB Communications Director. Janae has years of experience in social media and extensive knowledge in how to run social media for titleholders. With over 12 years in the pageant industry, she knows what works and what doesn’t when it comes to building your pageant brand. Janae is excited to share her knowledge and help each of you build your social media skills!
Janae will be attending our Illinois workshop in-person and will be preparing a PowerPoint / talking points for a member of our team to share at the Ohio workshop in-person!
Alexis Stine
Former ARB Queen

Alexis Stine has been heavily involved in the pageant industry since 2019. Alexis' Pageant experience includes placements and awards within the Miss United States Agriculture, American Royal Beauties, Miss Iowa USA, America's Best Pageant, Rhinestone Royalties, and Royal International Miss systems. She was recently awarded Top 3 in BOTH the Royal International Miss Divisional and Role Model divisions in 2023 after placing Top 5 in both divisions the year prior. She has also been awarded the opportunity to offer her expertise as a judge for several systems and is currently an associate coach with Elevation Pageant and Interview Consulting, offering coaching in modeling, interview, and platform and personal development for pageant girls of all ages.

Haley Nettles

Haley is an entrepreneur by nature. Her entrepreneurial spirit has curated several successful businesses across many industries, such as fashion, philanthropy, baking, and, most recently, beauty. She is the CEO and founder of The Little Cannoli Cakery and, as an artist by trade, is a Microblading and beauty artist under her brand, Haus of Beauty by Haley. Her biggest drive is to bring out every woman's confidence for the world to see. With a passion for helping others, Haley is also an avid volunteer, having contributed to over 50 organizations such as The Bloc, Dress for Success, and The American Red Cross. She has been recognized in the pageant world for almost a decade, having held several Illinois titles, one of which was American Royal Beauties, Miss Illinois! Haley prides herself on truly embodying a confident, grounded, and powerful woman who represents all women across the country. She is from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, graduated from Columbia College Chicago with two Bachelors of Arts degrees in Fashion Design and Business as well as being certified in Illinois for Microblading, Powder/Ombre brows, and Lip blushing beauty services from the Chicago Permanent Makeup Academy and is currently training to become a boxer.

DazzleShot Images will be attending our Illinois Workshop and is offering headshot sessions and/or modeling sessions! Sessions are $200 for a $ 30-minute time slot and this includes one look and three edited images.

Tracy Arthur
ARB National Ms

Tracy was crowned American Royal Beauties National Ms in July 2023. As the owner of Tracy's Dance & Tumbling in Auburn, Michigan, Tracy has spent many years promoting strong self-confidence, self-respect, discipline, and appreciation through the fine arts of dance and performing.
Tracy is passionate about volunteering and sharing the ARB "Crown to Serve" motto with others, especially the youth. She directs a youth ambassador program in her community and coaches the 4th and 5th grade Cheer Teams for Auburn Area Catholic School. In her free time, she spends time with her husband Dave and children, children Avery and Colten.
As adoption advocates the Arthur family spreads adoption awareness and raises funds for teens and children in the foster care system through Avery's Adoption Awesomeness Foundation co-founded by her and her daughter.

Susan is the founder of StarJewel Publishing LLC, and is the Owner and Executive Director for American Royal Beauties and StarJewel Showcase, a talent and modeling-based competition and pageant. She has an extensive background in business, accounting, and writing; and has operated and owned several successful ventures over the past 25 years.
Please give Susan a warm welcome! Due to Susan's extensive background in writing and public speaking, she will be spearheading the Interview station at the Ohio workshop. If you have ever had the pleasure to speaking to Susan either in person or online, you know she has an extensive vocabulary and is very gifted in public speaking skills.
